Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of BetterBudget. If the Software does not work as expected, we offer refunds under the following terms.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date if:

  • The Software fails to install or activate on your system
  • The Software does not function as described on our website
  • You experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
  • You have violated the End User License Agreement (EULA)
  • Your product key has been shared with or transferred to a third party
  • You simply changed your mind after using the Software (the product key has already been activated and used)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@betterbudgetapp.com with:

  • Your name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Your product key
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Product Key Deactivation

Upon issuing a refund, your product key will be deactivated and your license to use the Software will be terminated.
