By accessing or using the BetterBudget website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

BetterBudget provides a personal budgeting desktop application (“Software”) available for purchase and download through this Site. Use of the Software is governed by the separate End User License Agreement (EULA) provided with the Software.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. You will receive a product key upon successful payment to activate the Software.

4. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on eligibility and the refund process.

5. Account and Product Key

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your product key. You may not share, sell, or transfer your product key to any third party. BetterBudget is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your product key.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BetterBudget and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site
  • Impersonate any person or entity

In no event shall BetterBudget be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, even if BetterBudget has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
